Description:
The poster is promoting Minaux's participation in the annual "The Painters, Witness of Their Time" art festival in Paris. Excellent condition except for light fading around edges where the frame was.

Artist: André Minaux (b. 1923 - d. 1986) was a French abstract painter and printmaker best known for his stylized social realistic works.

This poster was printed by Mourlot, the Parisian studio known for its striking exhibition posters for French galleries and museums. Since the 1920s, its close collaborations with great artists transformed the art exhibition poster into a stunning artistic statement in its own right.
